IDE options

I am new to Ning development but i want to get a hang of things ASAP, so please what is the best IDE i can use for NING API php developments.

I've never used a PHP IDE, but I know there are a lot of choices out there. I recommend using a search engine to find a few to try.

Thanks for the reply. I already got ahead with that.

 

Other things i require help with are:

 

1. I am not a very good programmer but i can write a little bit of PHP, I use Joomla very often and i want to be able to interoperate joomla and my NING networks, in aspects of Authorizations and sharing of data.

 

2. I want to have two separate type of registration on my network, for Paid and Free signups, and consequently there would be restrictions to what contents the free users can view, and their access permissions. Please how do i go about implementing this?

 

3. Please, I want to know how to map a domain "domainname.com" and still have a subdomain for example "abcxyz.domainname.com" hosted on another server.

I suggest free PHP IDE Codelobster PHP Edition.

It has special plug-in for Joomla and many other frameworks.
