Get profile text box content

Is there any way to get the content of the profile text box for a members via the API.

Is the information available in any way other than screen scraping every user's profile?

The Ning Network Archiver does not appear to archive the text box content.

Currently no text boxes are accessible via the Ning API. I can suggest it to the team, but I'd love to have a use case to drive the point home. What specifically are you trying to accomplish? Are you looking for both read and write access?

This is good to know we will be sure to not use text boxes for any purpose where we care about backing up or archiving the data.

The network archive tool should be updated to extract and archive this information.

For the specific use case we have encouraged our users to use the profile text box to put information we would like to integrate into another system. This was probably the wrong way to do it but thats the way it is. For the long term we are looking at building an open social app to use instead of the text box but we don't have that yet but we would like to extract/integrate the info in the text box now.
