Improvements to the API?

I'm trying to plan ahead for the next stages of development. Are there any plans to extend the API as hinted in the documentation?

 

Personally I'd really be able to make use of

• read access to the Forum
• more profile info including
  • inviter
  • date signed up
  • date updated
  • my likes
  • people who've liked my profile
• write access to profile questions and location 

 

It would be really helpful to know where the API is headed, so we know what can and can't be achieved in the near future and long term.
