Error 0

I'm getting an occasional "Error 0" reported - what is this, and how do I fix it?

 

It's returned by the call 

gadgets.io.makeRequest(url, statusSubmitted, params);

in statusSubmitted(data) {... as data[errors]="Error 0"

 

but 99% of the time it's fine. I can't replicate these errors, they're just in my log. Modern browsers / OS, nothing unusual.
